Admin Center
The Admin Portal is a web-based tool. Use it to create and manage users and meeting accounts, generate usage reports, and manage meeting options on behalf of account holders. You can also manage branding for your company’s own Admin Portal and GlobalMeet services.

- Get to know the Admin Portal, reset your password, and sign in to the Admin Portal.
- Branding and Customization
- For admins. Change the site's logo, add custom links to the sign in page, and add a sign-up form for new users.
- For Account Holders
- Schedule a meeting, access your recordings, order recording CDs and transcripts, and view your access numbers. Also how to change your audio passcodes, and set up billing tracking.
- Manage Clients and Accounts
- For admins. Create, edit, update, and delete clients. Also, add and manage audio conferences and meeting rooms.
- Manage Sites
- For admins. Search for and select a site, set a site's language and time zone, and receive an email when a new client is created. Also, plus enable and disable meeting room features.
- Reports
- Overview of reports. Get meeting usage information, search for all users within a site, and search for scheduled Operator Assisted events.
