Change a client's password

For admins only.

Changing a client's password changes their password for the Admin Portal, web meetings, and other applications, such as GlobalMeet for Outlook. 

To change a client's password:

  1. Search for a client.
  2. In the search results, find the client and under Actions, click the Edit button.

  3. At the top of the Edit a Client page, click Change Password.

  4. Enter the new password and then click Save.

  5. After changing the client's password, resend their account details.
