Resend account details

For admins only.

If a client has lost their welcome email or if their conference access information has changed, you can send them a new one from the Admin Portal. You can also send it to other email addresses. The welcome email includes the client's client ID, meeting URLs, access numbers, and passcodes.

To resend account details:

  1. Search for a client.
  2. In the search results, find the client and under Actions, click the Send Account Details button.

  3. Select Send Account Details Email to Client as the account details notification option. If you want, enter additional email addresses in the CC or BCC fields.
  4. Click Send.

You can also resend account details after creating a client or editing a web room or audio conference. On the success page, click Send Confirmation Email for All Conferences.
