Update a client's contact information

For admins only.

If a client's contact information has changed, you can update their details such as their salutation, name, email address, phone number, language, time zone, job title, and their physical address. You can also change their user type.

To update a client's contact information:

  1. Search for a client.
  2. In the search results, find the client and under Actions, click the Edit button.

  3. On the Edit a Client page, under Profile, enter the client’s new contact details, email address, or both.

  4. Click Address and enter the client’s new physical address.

  5. Click Save.

    If you changed the client's email address, resend their account details to their new email.
