If you need to schedule a meeting, you can use the Admin Portal.
To schedule a meeting:
- In the Meet section, click Schedule for Web and Audio Meeting or Audio Meeting.
- If you have multiple meeting rooms or audio accounts, select the one to use.
- Next to Meeting Information, click on the plus (+) sign and enter the date, start time and duration for the meeting.
- Next to Invite Attendees, click on the plus (+) sign and enter the email addresses of your meeting attendees.
Note: You can also send the invitation to yourself and re-forward from Outlook or any other email service.
- Click Send button.
