You can use the Admin Portal to schedule a meeting.
To schedule a meeting:
- On the Home page, in the Meet section, click Schedule for Web and Audio Meeting or Audio Meeting.
- If you have multiple meeting rooms or audio accounts, select the one you want to use.
- Click [+] Meeting Information and enter the meeting subject, date, start time, and duration.
- Click [+] Invite Attendees and enter the email addresses of your meeting attendees.
Note: You can also send the invitation to yourself and forward the invitation to attendees.
- Click Send.
