Schedule a meeting

You can use the Admin Portal to schedule a meeting. 

To schedule a meeting:

  1. On the Home page, in the Meet section, click Schedule for Web and Audio Meeting or Audio Meeting.
  2. If you have multiple meeting rooms or audio accounts, select the one you want to use.
  3. Click [+] Meeting Information and enter the meeting subject, date, start time, and duration.
  4. Click [+] Invite Attendees and enter the email addresses of your meeting attendees.

    Note: You can also send the invitation to yourself and forward the invitation to attendees.

  5. Click Send.
