If you need to schedule a meeting, you can use the Admin Portal.
To schedule a meeting:
- On the home page, in the Meet section, click Schedule for Web and Audio Meeting or Audio Meeting.
- If you have multiple meeting rooms or audio accounts, select the one to use.
- Click [+] Meeting Information and enter the meeting subject, date, start time, and duration of the meeting.
- Click [+] Invite Attendees and enter the email addresses of your meeting attendees.
Note: You can also send the invitation to yourself and forward the invitation to attendees.
- Click the Send button.
