The Admin Portal allows you to update your current password. You must be logged in to the Admin Portal and know your current password to use this process. If you don't know your password, use the forgot password process to select a new password.
To change your password:
- Click on My Profile in the top right corner.
- Click Change Password.
- Follow the password rules on the screen and enter a new password.
- Enter the password again to confirm it.
- Click Save to set your new password.
After changing your password, you need to use the new password when entering your meeting room, the desktop or mobile apps, as well as the Admin Portal.
