For GlobalMeet admins only.
When you disable the meeting recording feature, it is turned off for all meeting rooms associated with the selected site.
To disable the meeting recording feature:
- Sign in to the Admin Portal using your admin credentials.
- On the Administration menu, select Site Management > Manage this Site (or Search for a Site to choose from all your assigned sites).
- On the Edit a Site page, in the GlobalMeet 5.0 Options section, and clear the check box next to Web Recording.
