Connect your audio

Audio Controls

If you received an email invitation, click the Connect Me link to join the audio conference in a web browser. You can have the conference call you or use your Internet connection for meeting audio.

Note: Computer audio requires a one-time installation of the VoIP audio app. Audio options depend on your host's company settings.

To have the conference call you:

  1. Open the meeting invitation and click Connect Me.

    The Audio Controls open in your browser.

  2. Enter your name and email address, and then click Join Meeting.
  3. Click the Call My Phone tab.
  4. Enter your phone number (and extension if needed) or select one of your previously used phone numbers.
  5. Click CONNECT.

To connect using computer audio:

  1. Open the meeting invitation and click Connect Me.

    The Audio Controls open in your browser.

  2. Enter your name and email address, and then click Join Meeting.
  3. Click the Call My Computer tab.
  4. When prompted, install the VoIP audio app.
  5. Select your mic and speakers. You can use your computer's mic and speakers, but for the best audio quality, use a headset.
  6. Click CONNECT.

    When connected, the VoIP audio app monitors call quality and your mic level.
