Access Meeting Settings

Use Meeting Settings to update your profile, connection preferences, and audio conference settings. If you have multiple audio conferences on your account, you can select the one to edit. Meeting Settings is available from the Outlook add-in and also from My Meeting Hub.

To open your meeting settings:

  1. Click the GlobalMeet icon button in the reading pane to display the GlobalMeet options.
  2. Click GlobalMeet Tools, and then click Settings.

Outlook for Mac or Windows

To open your meeting settings:

  1. On the Home tab, click GlobalMeet Tools, and then click Settings.

  2. In the Meeting Defaults section, click Meeting Settings.

My Meeting Hub

If you cannot use the Outlook add-in, the My Meeting Hub portal also lets you manage your audio conferences. 

To open your meeting settings:

  1. Sign in to My Meeting Hub.

  2. On the home page, click Meeting Settings
