Receive post-conference reports

You can receive a Meeting Summary email after every audio conference you host. It includes the date, time, and duration of the call, plus a list of all attendees and their phone numbers (or their VoIP connection). If your audio account has enhanced authentication, post-conference reporting is set to On and locked. You cannot turn it off.

To enable post-conference reports:

  1. Access Meeting Settings.
  2. Click the Audio Settings tab. If you have more than one audio conference, click Conference Title and select the one you want to update.
  3. Under Audio Options, set Send Attendance to My Email to On.
  4. Click Save changes.
