You can receive a Meeting Summary email after every audio conference you host. It includes the date, time, and duration of the call, plus a list of all attendees and their phone numbers (or their VoIP connection). If your audio account has enhanced authentication, post-conference reporting is set to On and locked. You cannot turn it off.

To enable post-conference reports:
- Access Meeting Settings.
- Click the Audio Settings tab. If you have more than one audio conference, click Conference Title and select the one you want to update.
- Under Audio Options, set Send Attendance to My Email to On.
- Click Save changes.
