Billing and Invoice Help

To our valued customers: Thank you for allowing us to support your enterprise during these difficult times. With many of your teams working remotely and/or postal services in your area being disrupted due to COVID-19, we encourage you to use our free online billing services portal. You can review your company’s usage, download invoices in Excel or PDF, and pay your bill.


Make Payments

A number of our usual AR functions are currently limited. Please send payment via bank transfer or log in to the online billing portal to pay by credit card.

Please do not send any credit card information by email.

Online billing portal

To access your invoices and pay your bill online, sign in to the online billing portal.

Go to

Select your Region and then enter your Client ID or Account Number and password to get started.
