Cancellation requests may be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When sending a request, please provide the following information in order to help us deal with your request:
- Account Number
- Account Name or Company ID(s)
- Contact Information (email and phone number)
- Reason for Cancellation
A member of our Customer Success Team will be in touch shortly in order to assist you.
Providing notice of termination does not relieve you of your obligations to follow the requirements set forth in your agreement. Upon receipt, the Customer Success Team will review the terms of your existing agreement and inform you of any penalties.
