All pricing and rates, including contracted pricing, can be found in your client agreement or contract. Refer to any amendments and price change notifications for up-to-date pricing, if applicable.
Per minute rates for audio are determined by the location the guest is dialing from, the location of the access number they are dialing, and how they are joining the conference (with a landline, mobile phone, VoIP, etc).
If you use a product, feature, or access number that is not included in your client agreement or contract, you will be charged the default rate as per the terms and conditions in your client agreement or contract. If you need to use additional products, features, or access numbers on an ongoing basis, contact your sales representative to discuss alternative packages or possible rate adjustments.
