Fees, taxes, and regulatory charges are applied to all invoices to align with country, state, and provincial regulatory requirements. These charges are outlined in your client agreement or contract and on the billing footnotes included on your monthly invoice.
New charges on your invoice
If you use a product, feature, or access number that is not included in your client agreement or contract, you will be charged the default rate as per the terms and conditions in your client agreement or contract. If you need to use additional products, features, or access numbers on an ongoing basis, contact your sales representative to discuss alternative packages or possible rate adjustments.
New fees and charges may be introduced to align with changing regulatory, tax, and market needs. New fees are communicated to customers at least one month in advance. For more information, refer to your client agreement or contract.
The prices of some features or access types may increase due to regulatory changes, or increased carrier prices for specific access number locations or connection methods (landline, mobile phone, VoIP, etc). We cover these costs where possible, however there are times where we must pass on these charges to customers. Price increases are communicated to customers at least one month in advance.
