As Operator Assisted conferences are booked, we reserve staff and infrastructure capacity to support them. As a result, we may need to turn away other business. If a conference is cancelled, a Cancellation fee is applied. The Cancellation fee depends on how much notice is given to cancel the conference. The closer to the scheduled conference time, the higher the fees.
If the conference is cancelled:
- More than 72 hours in advance, a standard one-time cancellation fee will be invoiced
- More than 24 hours but less than 72 hours in advance, a higher one-time cancellation fee will be invoiced
- Less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee will be invoiced for every line reserved
