The Operator Assisted product offering is vast and is built to accommodate various conferencing needs. Because of this, some customers may have specific contracted rates which are different from the default rates. All contracted rates can be found in your client agreement or contract.
If you decide to use a product, feature, or access type that was not initially included in your client agreement or contract and does not have a customized rate, you will be charged the default rate as per your contract's terms and conditions.
If your business needs change and you require additional products, features, or access types on an ongoing basis, contact your sales representative to discuss alternative packages or possible rate adjustments.
