How early should I call in on the day of my live call?

All of our calls come with a standard preconference with your operator to allow time for going over call details, making changes to script, and conducting audio checks. 

  • Audio only calls have a standard 15 minute preconference.
  • Calls with a web component have a standard 30 minute preconference to allow for additional connectivity checks.

*Note: Preconferences can be extended if you feel the standard time in not enough.
