How do I access the recording of my live call?

Event calls that have been recorded are available in .WAV or .MP3 format.  Audio files are available within 72 hours after the live event date, and you will receive an email containing log-in information and instructions for downloading the audio file.

Alternatively, you can order a CD.

*Please note that rush delivery of the file/CD should be requested during the scheduling process.
