Getting Started with GlobalMeet Audio

Once your GlobalMeet Audio account has been set up, you (as the host) will receive an email confirmation containing your access numbers, guest passcode and host passcode. The next step is to download the GlobalMeet tools, which will enable you to easily schedule, start and manage your meetings with no access numbers or passcodes to remember. To get the tools:

  1. Access the GlobalMeet Downloads page.
  2. Follow the instructions to complete the installation.
  3. Sign in with your client ID and password.

Note: These Host Star Controls will help you manage your meeting:

*91 to hear a guest count
*92 to hear a roll call of guests
*93 to disconnect all guest lines
*94 to lock or unlock the meeting
*96 to mute all guest lines
*97 to un-mute all guest lines
*21 to initiate a subconference
*22 to initiate recording
*31 to turn meeting security code on/off
*32 to record and enable a custom prompt
*38 to hang up without ending the meeting (overrides End Meeting when Host Exits)
*39 to turn on/off tones when a guest joins or exits (if tone on entry/exit is enabled for your account)
