End GlobalMeet Audio Recording

Your GlobalMeet® Audio recording may be started by pressing *22 on the touch-tone keypad. There are two options for ending recordings started in this way:

  • Press *22 again and choose option 1 to pause the recording. Your recording will begin automatically archiving once all guests have disconnected from your meeting.
  • Press *93 to disconnect all guests, then hang up your host line to completely terminate the meeting. When you terminate a meeting that is being recorded, the recording is ended and archiving begins automatically.

Once recording ends and archiving is complete, the audio becomes available as a replay. The meeting host will then receive a confirmation email with replay information, dial-in numbers and a replay passcode.

Note: Only hosts can begin or end meeting recording.
