Unable to Connect to a Conference with Dial-In Access Numbers

If you are experiencing difficulties joining your meeting using your dial-in access numbers, please Contact Us.

The support agent will require the following information to further research your issue:

  • The date you dialed in to your meeting
  • The time you dialed in to your meeting
  • The time zone from which you dialed in to your meeting
  • The telephone number from which you dialed
  • The telephone number you dialed
  • What you heard when you tried to connect to your meeting
