How do I log in to Microsoft Office Live Meeting?

Depending on the license model your company has purchased, you may log in to Microsoft® Office Live Meeting in either of two ways.

Log in instructions for custom microsites:

  1. Open a Web browser and type the URL for your Microsoft Office Live Meeting microsite. 
  2. If necessary, enter your user ID and password. 
  3. Click Login.  

Log in instructions for per minute users:

  1. Open a Web browser and type the URL for your company’s Administrative Portal.
  2. Enter your Client ID or email address and password. 
  3. Click Login.
  4. Click “Microsoft® Office Live Meeting” under the “More Solutions” header.
  5. Select “Microsoft® Office Live Meeting” in the box next to “Meeting Type.”
  6. Review the audio account information displayed. If you would like to select a different audio account for use with Live Meeting, click “Select another audio account.” Then, select the desired audio conferencing account from the menu displayed. 
  7. Click “Go.”
    Note: Ensure all pop-up blockers are disabled before clicking the “Go” button.
