Schedule a GlobalMeet Web Meeting from GlobalMeet for Desktop

To schedule a GlobalMeet® Web meeting from GlobalMeet for Desktop, follow these steps:

  1. In the left menu pane of the home screen, click SchedulerNote: If you have installed the GlobalMeet toolbar, GlobalMeet for Desktop will open Outlook to allow you to schedule your meeting. If you have not installed the GlobalMeet toolbar, continue to step 2 below.
  2. Enter the guest email addresses and a title for your meeting.
  3. Use the calendar to select the meeting date, then enter the start time and duration.
  4. Click Create Invite.

Note: You’ll see a message confirming that your invite has been sent; click OK to close the message. You’ll also receive the meeting invitation which includes an iCalendar attachment. To add the meeting to your calendar, open the invitation and click or tap the attachment.
