Download and Install GlobalMeet for Outlook

GlobalMeet for Outloook comes in two versions.  If you're not sure which one to install, check out this article.

GlobalMeet Toolbar 11.7
Go to the GlobalMeet Tools page
  1. Click Outlook 2010 or None to download the desktop tools installer.

  2. When the download is complete, click to install the GlobalMeet toolbar, GlobalMeet host desktop, and Screen Share app. 
  3. Open Outlook and sign in, using the email address and password associated with your GlobalMeet or GlobalMeet Audio account.  Click here if you need your account credentials.
GlobalMeet Outlook add-in 12.2 for Windows Users (available after 8/11/2017)
To install the GlobalMeet Outlook add-in, use the Outlook 'manage add-ins' feature.  Instead of downloading a 'setup' program, you enable the GlobalMeet Outlook add-in via a definition file (called a manifest) located at the URL we'll provide in the instructions below.

Note:  If you have a previous version of the GlobalMeet Toolbar (11.7 or lower), go to Control Panel > Programs and uninstall the GlobalMeet Outlook Toolbar before continuing.  If you have the previous version of the Add-in (12.0 or 12.1), you'll also need to uninstall, and we provide those instructions in Step 2 below.

  1. Open Outlook and on the File menus, select Manage Add-Ins.

  2. If you have previously installed the GlobalMeet Outlook add-in, uninstall the earlier version before continuing.  Select GlobalMeet in the list and then click [--] Uninstall

3. Click [+] and select Add from a URL.

4. Enter the following URL, click Next and then click Install.

5. Click OK.
The GlobalMeet add-in is now included in the list of installed add-ins.

6. Now access the GlobalMeet Outlook add-in and sign in to your GlobalMeet account. Need help finding your GlobalMeet account credentials?

GlobalMeet Outlook add-in 12.2 for MAC users (available after 8/11/2017)

To install the GlobalMeet Outlook add-in, use the Outlook 'manage add-ins' feature.  Instead of downloading a 'setup' program, you enable the GlobalMeet Outlook add-in via a definition file (called a manifest) located at the URL we'll provide in the instructions below.

1.  Open Outlook and click the Store button.

2.  One the Add-ins for Outlook window, click Click here to add a custom add-in and them select Add from URL.

3. Enter the following URL, click OK, and then click Install.

4. Now go to Outlook and sign in to your GlobalMeet account.  Need help finding your GlobalMeet account credentials?
