How do I add or switch accounts in the GlobalMeet toolbar?

If you maintain multiple GlobalMeet® accounts for yourself or as an Administrator, you may switch between client IDs easily right from the GlobalMeet Outlook toolbar:

  1. From the GlobalMeet Outlook toolbar, select GlobalMeet and click Accounts.
  2. Select Sign In as… and click on the account associated with the meeting you’d like to schedule.
  3. To add a new client ID to your account, click Set Up New Account.
  4. To change your preferences associated with that client ID, click Settings in the Preferences menu. Choose the Meeting Setup tab and click Meeting Settings located at the bottom of the screen to customize My Profile, Preferences, Audio Settings and Web Settings.
  5. Click Save after updating each piece of information.
