How do I change the passcode information on my meeting invitation to reflect my new audio dial-in numbers?

If you receive new audio dial-in numbers for GlobalMeet®, you must do the following to ensure your account reflects and uses the most up-to-date information:  

  1. Click GlobalMeet in your Outlook Toolbar.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. On the Default meeting location page, click the Meeting Setup tab. Make sure the correct conference is selected under the Audio dropdown box.
  4. In the upper right corner, click Refresh list.
