Select Access Numbers to Include in Your Meeting Invitations-Outlook 2010 or 2013

You can use Meeting Settings to manage the access numbers that are included in meeting invitations created with the GlobalMeet® toolbar. To select your access numbers using Outlook 2010 or 2013, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Settings icon.
  2. On the Meeting Setup tab, select the desired audio account from the drop-down list (if you have more than one audio account).
  3. Click the Meeting Settings button located at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Click the Audio Settings tab, then click View and Manage listed next to Access Numbers.
  5. Click the check box next to each access number you would like to include in your meeting invitations.
  6. If you would like to change the order of the numbers, point to a number and use the arrows to move the number to the desired display order.
  7. Click the Save button at the bottom of the My Access Numbers box. Click OK to close the message alerting you that your settings were saved, then click the X in the upper right corner of the screen to close Meeting Settings. You will see the access numbers selected when creating new meeting invitations.
