Update Access or Account Information in the GlobalMeet toolbar - Outlook 2010 or 2013

It is easy to update your GlobalMeet® toolbar if your access numbers or locations change. When account information must be changed in your GlobalMeet account, you must update the information in the toolbar by following these steps using Outlook 2010 or 2013:

  1. Click on the Settings icon to open Settings.
  2. Choose the Meeting Setup tab.
  3. Click Refresh List.

Additionally, when you make other changes to your account such as changing your passcodes, you must refresh. Access numbers do not change frequently, so refreshing quarterly should be sufficient to keep your account updated.
