When attempting to perform certain functions such as starting a meeting or accessing Meeting Settings, the GlobalMeet® toolbar requires a valid Client ID and password. If you see Enter Credentials when trying to perform these functions, it is likely that your password was changed on your Administrative Portal or in Meeting Settings but not updated in the toolbar.
To update your password, follow these steps:
- Enter your Client ID and new password in the fields provided in the Enter Credentials dialog box.
Note: If you don’t remember your password, click on the Forgot password? link.
- Click Submit.
After successfully entering your credentials, you will able to proceed with the function you were trying to perform.
