How can I get email addresses for my participant lists?

To find an email address for the first and last name provided on your participant list, access My Meeting Hub (formerly My Conferencing Center).

After logging in to My Meeting Hub: 

  1. In the menu bar on the left, click My Reports.
  2. Select Reports in the top menu bar, then click Completed Meetings.
  3. Select the date range and click Generate Report. When the report is done processing it will show Completed under Status.
  4. Select the desired meeting and click View Report icon under Results.
  5. Click the "+" to the left of the meeting to see names, email addresses (if used) and Connect/Disconnect times for each person in the meeting.
