How can I get help during my GlobalMeet Web meeting?

To get help during your GlobalMeet® Web meeting: 

  • If you are connected to the audio for your meeting, press *0 to be connected with a support agent.
  • If you are in your GlobalMeet Web room, click the question mark in the upper right corner to chat with a support agent.
