How do I find my GlobalMeet access numbers?

For security reasons, the dial-in numbers for your account are only available to you within your GlobalMeet account. 
You can find your access numbers in Meeting Settings from the GlobalMeet Outlook Toolbar or the GlobalMeet Desktop app
You can also find your access numbers once inside your GlobalMeet meeting.

To find your access numbers without starting your GlobalMeet meeting:

  1. Access your Outlook Toolbar or GlobalMeet for Desktop and select Settings.
  2. Click MEETING SETTINGS.
  3. Click AUDIO SETTINGS and locate ACCESS NUMBERS. Click VIEW AND MANAGE.

Or, refer to your welcome email which contains a link to a complete list of dial-in numbers associated with your account.

Note: To access numbers for Brazil, China, India, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines and Taiwan, your account must have Enhanced Authentication activated. To activate Enhanced Authentication, please contact us.

 

To find all your access numbers after logging into your GlobalMeet Web meeting:
Click the question mark in the upper right hand corner.

A window will pop up. Click the Meeting Information tab.

You should see a box with your Access Numbers. To see the full list, click the MEETING SETTINGS button. Then choose the AUDIO SETTINGS tab, then choose VIEW AND MANAGE next to Access Numbers. You can toggle which numbers you'd like to allow your guests to use.
