Manage Phone Numbers in Your Profile

In GlobalMeet® Web, meeting hosts and registered users can manage phone numbers to be used with Connect Me in their profiles.

To access your profile:

  1. Join a GlobalMeet Web meeting using the "Enter with your email and password" option on the Join page. Enter your email address (or client ID) and password, and click Join Meeting.
  2. To display your profile information, locate your name under the Participants panel, click the arrow next to your name and select My Info.

To add a phone number:

  1. Select an option from the first drop down list to identify the phone number.
  2. Select the appropriate country from the second drop down list.
  3. Enter the phone number. (You can add an extension if needed.)
  4. Click Save. A message will display confirming that your settings were saved. The phone number will be available for selection when using Connect Me when joining future meetings.
  5. Click OK to close the message box.

To delete a phone number:

  1. Click the X located next to the phone number you would like to delete under the Phone section.
  2. Click Save. A message will display confirming that your settings were saved. The phone number will no longer appear for selection when using Connect Me on future meetings.
  3. Click OK to close the message box.

Note: You can delete a phone number from the Connect Audio dialog by selecting the number from the drop-down list and clicking the X next to the number.
