My webcam isn't functioning properly. What should I do?

Ensure that your webcam is connected and set up properly on your computer. If everything looks good and you still don’t see your webcam image, click Help in the GlobalMeet® Web room and chat with one of our Support Agents. Or, if you are connected to our audio, press *0 and a Support Agent will help you resolve the problem.
