When I view my file library, why don’t I see my recording replay file?

It can take up to 24 hours for recordings created within your GlobalMeet® Web room to be available in your file library. If your recording was not created from within your GlobalMeet Web room, it will not be available in your file library and must be accessed by logging in to your Administrative Portal.
