Can someone assist me with planning my GlobalMeet Webinar event?

Of course! We offer two types of GlobalMeet Webinar event assistance:

  • Standard Assist Services. An experienced event professional can help set up your Webinar and join as a co-host to facilitate delivery.
  • Premium Assist Services. Our experienced event professionals can fully manage your Webinar from start to finish.

To request assistance:

1. Open your GlobalMeet desktop app by clicking on the GlobalMeet icon in your system tray.

2. Click Start a Webinar.


4. Click REQUEST ASSISTANCE, and complete the request form.
