How do I start my GlobalMeet Webinar event as a host?

Start your GlobalMeet® Webinar event from the GlobalMeet desktop app or the Outlook toolbar by selecting the START A WEBINAR option:

  • Enter your Webinar room 30-60 minutes prior to start time to load final content and polling questions.
  • In the UPCOMING EVENTS column, click the name of the Webinar event you want to start then click Visit Meeting Room.
  • A new browser opens and you are signed in to your GlobalMeet Webinar room.

Note: Unlike your always-available GlobalMeet web meeting, your Webinars can only be started by navigating to the Event Portal from the desktop app or the Outlook toolbar.
