Download an audio recording

You can access your audio recordings in the Admin Portal and download a copy to your computer.

Note: If it has been more than 24 hours since your audio conference and you cannot find your audio recording, contact Support for assistance.

To download a recording:

  1. Sign in to the Admin Portal.

    Use your email address or client ID and password.

  2. At the left of the Home page, the box labeled My Latest Recordings contains links to the most recent recordings. If the recording you want is not listed, click Find a recording to search your recordings, and then select a recording.
  3. Click a meeting to open the Recorded Meeting Details page.
  4. On the left side of the page, click Download.
  5. Select the file format of the recording. If there is just one option, only that option will be displayed.
  6. You are prompted to Open or Save the file. Click Save.
