Changing the entry and exit options for your meetings using your Administrative Portal is easy. To change these options, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Administrative Portal using your client ID and password.
- Under My Meeting Accounts, select Manage my audio accounts.
- Click on the View/Modify icon of the meeting for which you would like to change the entry and exit options.
- On the Edit Audio Conference Account page, click on the plus (+) sign next to Conference Options under the Advanced Options section.
- Select the desired option next to When Participant Joins and When Participant Exits.
- Click Save.
Note: If the Announce Name option is selected, Record Participant’s Name for Roll-Call will be selected automatically under Other Audio Options.
