Change Meeting Entry and Exit Options from Your Administrative Portal

Changing the entry and exit options for your meetings using your Administrative Portal is easy. To change these options, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Administrative Portal using your client ID and password.
  2. Under My Meeting Accounts, select Manage my audio accounts.
  3. Click on the View/Modify icon of the meeting for which you would like to change the entry and exit options.
  4. On the Edit Audio Conference Account page, click on the plus (+) sign next to Conference Options under the Advanced Options section.
  5. Select the desired option next to When Participant Joins and When Participant Exits.
  6. Click Save.

Note: If the Announce Name option is selected, Record Participant’s Name for Roll-Call will be selected automatically under Other Audio Options.
