Occasionally when you dial in to join a meeting, you might face difficulties connecting. Examples of basic audio connectivity issues include:
- Receiving a fast busy or regular busy signal when dialing into a meeting
- Receiving a carrier message such as “We cannot connect your call at this time.” or “All circuits are busy.”
- Hearing silence after initial meeting prompt or “welcome” prompt
- Hearing silence after dialing your meeting dial-in number
For each of these issues, first check your dial-in number to ensure you are dialing correctly. If you are using the toll-free number and receive a busy signal, try using the toll number. Likewise, if you are using the toll number, try using the toll-free number.
