Dropped calls can occur for many reasons, including poor mobile phone reception or a weak Internet connection when using computer audio.
If you get disconnected from a conference, first try to reconnect. If you dialed in and cannot reconnect, make sure you entered the passcode correctly.
The next step is to reach out to your host and ask:
- Is the conference locked? If so, have the host unlock it so you can rejoin.
- Did the conference reach the maximum number of participants? An audio conference can hold up to 300 connections. The host might be able to free up a line for you.
