Personalize your desktop experience
Anyone can use the Globalmeet desktop app - no account needed! Sign in with your account credentials or sign in as a guest with your email address. Add a profile image by clicking on your name to personalize your desktop experience. You can also connect your Google or Outlook calendar to view your upcoming meetings and quickly join them.Watch the video »
Start your meeting
Share your meeting URL and access numbers by copying them from the Meetings tab and pasting them in an email or message.
Start your meetings directly from the app with a click. On the Meetings tab, just click Start my meeting. Or, if you've already scheduled your meeting and have your Google or Outlook calendar connected, you can click Join or click the meeting URL in the Home tab.Watch the video »
Join a meeting
Join a meeting by entering the meeting URL in the search bar in the Meetings tab. If you have a company account, you can also search for the host's name and click their meeting URL.
If your Google or Outlook calendar is connected, just click Join or the meeting URL in the Home tab.
Want to join a meeting again? Previously joined meetings appear under the search bar in the Meetings tab. Click them again to rejoin.Watch the video »
Manage your meeting recordings
Access your meeting recordings at any time and all in one place. On the Meetings tab under Recorded Meetings, you can view, download, rename, or delete your recordings. You can also copy and paste a recorded meeting URL to share it with others in an email or message.Watch the video »
Update your settings
When you sign in as a guest, you can change your app settings and connect your Google or Outlook calendar on the Settings tab.
When you sign in with your account, there are three additional options on the Settings tab:
- General tab - change your app settings and customize your meeting experience in Profile and Meeting Settings.
- Account tab - view your sign in credentials, and change your name and sign in email address.
- Integrations tab - connect your Google or Outlook calendar and show your day's upcoming meetings on the Home tab.
