Correcting Login Problems

If you are trying to login to the Online Billing Center and receive a message “Could not login due to invalid Client ID, password, or other information”, you will be prompted to try again.
 
Make sure that you are entering your password exactly as you created it. Passwords are case sensitive and if not entered as created, can prevent you from logging in. Your password can be found in the email confirmation of your account information.
