Unable to Find My "Phone Only" Meeting Recordings on My Admin Portal

If you have recorded phone-only meetings and are not able to locate them in the list of recordings on your Admin Portal, possible explanations include:

  1. The replay is not yet processed. It can take up to 24 hours for your recording to process and be available for download.
  2. Your account is not set up with the option to access your recording from your Admin Portal.

If it has been more than 24 hours and you are not able to access your phone-only meeting recordings on your Admin Portal, Contact Us. Provide your meeting passcode to enable this option. Once enabled, all future phone-only meeting recordings will be accessible from your Admin Portal.
