To find an email address for the first and last name provided on your participant list, access My Meeting Hub (formerly My Conferencing Center).
After logging in to My Meeting Hub:
- In the menu bar on the left, click My Reports.
- Select Reports in the top menu bar, then click Completed Meetings.
- Select the date range and click Generate Report. When the report is done processing it will show Completed under Status.
- Select the desired meeting and click View Report icon under Results.
- Click the "+" to the left of the meeting to see names, email addresses (if used) and Connect/Disconnect times for each person in the meeting.
