Access Meeting Settings | Outlook add-in

Use Meeting Settings to update your profile, connection preferences, audio conference settings, and web meeting room settings. If you have multiple web meeting rooms or audio conferences on your account, you can select the one to edit.

Outlook on the web

To open your meeting settings:

  1. Click the GlobalMeet icon button in the reading pane to display the GlobalMeet options.
  2. Click GlobalMeet Tools, and then click Settings.

Windows and Mac

To open your meeting settings:

  1. On the Home tab, click GlobalMeet Tools, and then click Settings.

  2. In the Meeting Defaults section, click Meeting Settings.
