About the meeting room | host

When you are hosting a meeting, you have full control of guests and meeting functions. View up to 16 webcams at one time even while sharing your screen, an application window, a whiteboard, or a file.

Note:  When you share a file or open a whiteboard, your webcam remains active. Sharing your screen or an application window automatically turns off your webcam. See View screen share and webcams.
