Rename an audio-only guest

Hosts and presenters. Guests who appear as phone numbers in the meeting sidebar can only be renamed to make it easier to identify the person talking. Audio-only guests can be renamed as many times as needed.

To rename a guest:

In the meeting sidebar, on the Participants tab, click on the guest's phone number and then click Rename.

Enter the name of the guest and click Rename.

The meeting room uses the name you entered to update the guest in the meeting sidebar.

Note: Audio-only participants are listed beneath the web participants in the meeting sidebar.
