Schedule a meeting on someone else's calendar | Outlook Add-in

The Outlook add-in supports Delegate Access. If you manage another person's Outlook calendar, you can schedule meetings for them with their meeting details. To use this feature, you must be a delegate on the person's calendar and have their GlobalMeet credentials.

To schedule a meeting:

  1. Sign in to your colleague's meeting account:
    • On the Home ribbon, click GlobalMeet Tools > Accounts and click Add another account.
    • Sign in and then set their account to Active.

  2. In Outlook, first make sure your colleague's calendar is selected. Then create a new appointment or meeting and click Schedule Meeting on the right side of the Appointment or Meeting tab to add their event details.
