Set up meeting defaults for invitations | Google Add-on

If you have more than one web meeting or audio conference account, select which ones to use in invitations you create with the add-on. New meeting invitations include the web address and dial-in information for the default meeting you set here.

To select the default meeting:

  1. At the top right of the Calendar, click the Settings (gear) button and then in the left panel, click Add-ons.
  2. Next to GlobalMeet, click Settings.
  3. On the Settings page, select the web meeting and audio conference to use.
